This agreement ensures the confidentiality of all materials related to the Content shared with the Recipient, including scripts, footage, and production details. The Recipient agrees not to share or use the information beyond its intended purpose and must protect it from unauthorized access.

Confidentiality does not apply to publicly available or independently obtained information. The agreement remains effective until the Content’s public release. Any breach may result in legal action. All intellectual property rights remain with the Discloser, and the Recipient must return or destroy materials upon termination. The agreement is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
